- To choose your figurines for parties.
- To discuss the figurine model for figurine orders.
- To send an invoice.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
- $120 party minimum + .40 cents/mile round trip. $20 per participant. Parties have a $50 deposit due upon receipt of invoice, final payment required 10 days prior to event. Deposits are not refundable. (example: 6 participants ($120) + 30 miles (12.00). Total $132. Deposit $60 (half of party without mileage).
- Custom figurines require a 50% deposit with balance due at time of delivery; deposits not refundable. Price based on filament cost.
AGREEMENT:
Parties.
Instructor is not responsible for any damages caused by participants.
Recommend hosting party over a cleanable space should paint be spilled.
For adult parties, hostess provides the champagne. I do not have a liquor license, and you know what type you like best.
Hostess must provide table and seating for setup.
For children’s parties, there must be an attending adult to supervise the children.
Instructor is not responsible for overdrinking of alcohol products purchased by hostess.
Deposits are not refundable.
Party Date can be changed one time.
